Q: Do you charge sample cost?

A: Yes, because we need to pay workmanship costs, such as the material cost, printing, embroidery, and extra costs that are necessary. But we will fully return the sample cost when you place an order.
Q: What’s the sample cost?

A: We’ll need the following details:
1. Product specifications (e.g., dimensions, materials, colors, or technical requirements)
2. Sample quantity
3. Special requests (e.g., certifications, packaging, or urgent production)
4. Shipping address and preferred delivery method

Based on similar projects, the sample fee typically ranges between 50 USD and 100 USD, depending on customization. Good news: This cost will be fully deducted from your future bulk orders (minimum order: 1,000 units).
Q: How long does it take for the sample production time?

A: Normally, around 5 working days for each piece to customize samples, depending on the quantity and the complexity.
Q: When can I get the final price?

A: About 1 working day after confirming the sample, package, and quantity.

FAQ ABOUT PRODUCTION

Q: What is the MOQ of one order?

A: Our standard MOQ is 1,000 pieces per design, as smaller quantities make material sourcing more difficult and result in higher unit costs. However, for new clients, we would like to offer a reduced trial MOQ of 600 pieces per design to help you evaluate our product quality.
Q. What is the production time?

A: It depends on the quantity; usually, it will need around 45-60 days after the deposit.
Q: How's the packaging?Can you customize packaging?

A: Our packaging consists of a polybag or a white box, and all packages can be customized according to your specific request. Normally, we have PE/OPP bags, color gift boxes (with or without windows), carton boxes, etc.

Q: What is your payment option?

A:30% T/T deposit, 70% balance against the copy of B/L. 100% in advance, L/C at sight.

Q: What are your shipping options?

A: We can provide all normal shipping ways, like by sea, by air, and by express.
Q: What’s your shipping port option?

A: The nearest port to us is SHANTOU port, but we can also arrange loading goods to other ports such as SHEKOU, FUTIAN.
Q:Can you use forwarding company we usually cooperate with?

A: Yes, sure, before finishing the production, we will communicate with your forwarder to load goods and ship to make sure everything is perfect.
